Baby, It's cold outside.

Up to 18 inches of snow could accumulate in Colorado tonight. Glad I'm in Texas. It has been years since any appreciable snow has fallen in N. Texas. The last I can remember was on Valentine's Day, 2002? Six inches of the cold, fluffy stuff lasted half a day and everyone was freaked out. Ron and I had just gotten engaged and I remember him waking me up to tell me he had ordered a surprise for Valentine's and it had arrived. We played all morning, throwing snowballs and chasing our dog through what amounted on him to be belly deep snow. We then went to a really romantic restaurant and had the most perfect day ever. Now that I think about it; we could all use a little snow day right now. I wish I were in Colorado.
